Responsibilities:
Oversee projects from start to finish including pre-production planning and on-site execution.Creating detailed timelines for team members, vendors and clients.Cost control, vendor coordination, venue requests, power request and other production related elements.Budget management including estimations, vendor negotiations, labor management, venues and clients.Creating presentations and proposals for all event needs.Conceptualize and manage artwork design and production.Partner with appropriate departments to ensure event objectives are understood and adhered to throughout the projectThis includes technical and logistical / operation needs for events.Supervising and directing a team of 3 to 50 event staff on-site.Assist as needed with RFP response for projects of all size.THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED 6-10 years in event production or managementAbility to manage high level clients and create open and professional relationships that keep them coming back as a go to for their event needs.Multi-tasking is a mustHaving the ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent organizational and communication skills.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain positive under high pressure situations.Ability to understand the event in its entirety and make decisions accordingly.Ability to communicate technical information in speaking so others will understand.Ability to supervise 3-50 people.Ability to negotiate contracts with clients, vendors and venues.Ability to effectively communicate with the operations, logistics, and technical production staff.Ability to adapt to new people, demands and environments.Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.Computer skills:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
